WINES

I mainly produce dry white wine from the Assyrtiko and Chardonnay varieties.
I also produce dry red wine from the Agiorgitiko and Merlot varieties.
My vineyards are located in my village, in Panariti, Corinthia, and extend at an altitude of 500 to 800 meters. Vinification is done with a stainless steel pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with adjustable temperature. This is how I ensure the best quality result and the special organoleptic characteristics of each variety.
Important in the entire winemaking process is the contribution of the oenological laboratory.
The above wines are available in
750 ml glass bottles and
in bags of 5lt

A special wine I produce is Liasto (naturally sweet wine), which is a blend of Agiorgitikos and Merlot and is produced with a completely natural process.
After harvesting selected vines, we dry them slightly, naturally condensing their sugars.
Then we vinify the grapes and often the fermentation lasts up to three months.
With the necessary winemaking processes, the result is a special wine with aromas of ripe red fruits and a sweet taste balanced with high, natural acidity. Part of the production is aged in oak barrels. The versatile Agiorgitiko gives this wine a special version.
It perfectly accompanies chocolate desserts, dried fruits but can also be consumed as a digestive.
