OLIVE OIL

I grow Greek local varieties such as Patrinia, Megaritiki and Koronaiki.
Every year I produce only extra virgin olive oil , low acidity (always below 0.5 gr/100 gr of oil) with a fruity taste and light aroma!
I can do this
– with timely picking of the fruit
– same day oiling
– diligently tending my olive groves throughout the year and not just during the harvest season.
– collaborating with the Danou olive mill that uses the most modern cold pressing method.

My plans include the creation of a mold for the production of special packaging for export and commercial distribution to restaurants.
Most of my production is available for home consumption in various packages.
